Scan it. Source it. Install it.

One straight path: we diagnose the car, find parts that fit your budget, order them, then set a time for you to drop the car off.

Step 1

We Scan the Car

A FIXD scanner goes on the car and we read what it's actually telling us, so we know the real issue before anyone spends a dollar.

Step 2

We Find Parts in Your Price Range

Dealer counter, eBay, Amazon, or specialty sites for hard-to-find items. You already own the car, so we match the part to your budget instead of dealer-only pricing.

Step 3

We Order Them

Once you pick the part, we place the order. Delivery time sets the real timeline, and you'll hear it straight from Phil.

Step 4

You Drop the Car Off

When the parts land, we schedule a time for you to bring the car by and it gets installed by hand.

Questions at any step? Phil picks up.

Diagnostics, parts options, where your order stands — call (929) 617-9376 and ask.

Parts Sold As-Is at Retail

Brake Pads, Rotors & Calipers

  • Parts are sold at retail, as-is — no returns once installed

Time on the job

About 3 hours

The real timeline is quoted once the parts are ordered — delivery time decides the schedule. Give Phil a call and you’ll get a straight answer.

This is street work. Parts are sold as-is at retail, and once installed they can’t be returned — so every job gets quoted in person, face to face.

The neighborhood advantage

We find the part, wherever it lives

Dealer counter, eBay, Amazon, or specialty sites for the hard-to-find stuff — often a combination of all of them.

Priced around your budget

You already own the car, so you shouldn't be forced into dealer-only parts. We match the part to what makes sense for your wallet.

You hear it straight from Phil

Give Phil a call about where your job stands — no service writer in the middle.

How this works, in plain terms

Straight language about what you’re buying, so there are no surprises later.

Installation labor, not a repair shop

What we sell is hands-on labor: the manual installation of retail-sourced parts on your vehicle, for the convenience of an owner who could do the job themselves. You remain the owner and the decision-maker on every part that goes on your car.

Parts are a retail purchase

Parts are purchased and resold to you at retail, as-is, with no warranty or guarantee expressed or implied. Once a part is installed it cannot be returned. Any coverage on a part is whatever its own manufacturer offers, directly to you.

Your right to repair

Owners have the right to maintain and repair their own vehicles and to choose who does that work. Nothing here is a dealership service contract or an extended warranty, and no work is performed on systems that require dealer-only equipment.

By having work done, you agree that you are the owner of the vehicle (or authorized by the owner), that all parts are sold as-is at retail with no returns once installed, that no warranty or guarantee is offered on parts or labor, and that liability is limited to the amount paid for the work performed. Questions about any of this? Call Phil at (929) 617-9376 first.
